Alwoodley Football Club was founded in 1999 in order to provide a social sporting football community within Alwoodley and the surrounding North Leeds Area. During the years the club has developed and had varying footballing success with county and league cup final appearance successes along the way. In recent months the club has improved it's internal structure with the ethos being centred around inclusivity, player development and a refreshed input into the local community.

We currently have 2 senior mens teams playing in both the supreme division of the Yorkshire Amateur League, and our development team playing in Division 1 respectively, playing on Saturday afternoons. Training currently takes place at the ACA during summer on Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm until 8:30pm. As the Autumn and Winter months come into play training will take place on a Thursday evening at Leeds Grammar School.
